The mission of Eschbacher Consulting is to increase equity of access to high quality schools for all students. Through the combination of seven years of urban education leadership experience with eight years of private sector management consulting, I seek to support school districts and their partners with enrollment planning and operational execution solutions. I work across different stakeholders to design and implement strategies that are rooted in data analytics and keep families at the center of the decision-making process.
