Linking birth rates to enrollment declines

The Colorado Department of Education released 2021-22 enrollment figures, which further declined in grades K-12 from the large declines a year ago. I was interviewed by the Colorado Sun to bring in long-term state-level birth declines as a possible contributing factor to declining K-12 enrollment.
