Data-Driven Portfolio Management

One of my primary responsibilities at Denver Public Schools was leading the Planning & Choice teams, which served as a center of excellence for using data and direct family feedback to improve our family of schools.  The Denver Plan's ultimate goal is to have Great Schools in Every Neighborhood, and our team played a lead role in recommending strategies to meet that goal.  With the Strategic Regional Analysis as the primary planning document, we also implemented additional initiatives to empower families to engage in their children's education.
