Mission and Vision for Enrollment

Taking a step back from the current state is key to envisioning the future state.  In 2017, I wrote a draft mission, vision, and guiding principles for SchoolChoice in Denver, then led review processes with school leaders, the Board of Education, and a city-wide community organization to refine it.  The result then guided a set of initiatives designed to support equity of access for our families, and allow for productive engagement with several board members who campaigned against SchoolChoice.
