Strategic Regional Analysis

Since I joined DPS in 2011, the district created the Strategic Regional Analysis (SRA), a sort of state-of-the-district on all matters related to enrollment.  In the ensuing years, the Planning & Analysis team that I led continued to improve the report by making it more comprehensive in the insights it gleans from data, as well as the visual way that it conveys complex enrollment data to a wide group of stakeholders.  The SRA serves as the central planning document for the portfolio of schools and has been instrumental in thoughtfully guiding the growth of the fastest growing urban district in the country.  To see the 2017 SRA, please click here.
